The Board of Zoning Appeals of Chesterfield County, will meet on Wednesday, October 4, 2017, beginning at 1:00 p. m., in the Public Meeting Room at the Chesterfield County Administration Building, Chesterfield, Virginia, will consider the following request: Map this (Location map in PDF format)

18AN0104: In Matoaca Magisterial District, Michael G. McDonough requests a variance to use a parcel of land which has no public road frontage for dwelling purposes and amendment of zoning district map in an Agricultural (A) District on 139.0 acres lying 767 feet east of Adventure Hill Lane, 2,300 feet north of River Road. Density of approximately .01 units per acre is proposed. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for Rural Residential/Agricultural. Tax ID 719-648-6227.

18AN0105: In Midlothian Magisterial District, Jeremiah B. and Victoria L. Sanctafamilia requests a 1 foot 9 inch variance to the 4 foot maximum height requirement for an existing fence located in the front and corner side yard and amendment of zoning district map in a Residential (R-7) District on 0.7 acre known as 8127 Lake Shore Drive. Density will be controlled by zoning conditions or ordinance standards. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for Residential use (2.51 to 4.0 dwellings per acre).
