The Board of Zoning Appeals of Chesterfield County, on Wednesday, March 7, 2018, beginning at 1:00 p. m., in the Public Meeting Room at the Chesterfield County Administration Building, Chesterfield, Virginia, will consider the following request:  Map this (Location map in PDF format)

18AN0124: In Matoaca Magisterial District, Richard T. Wheelhouse, Sr. requests a variance to use a parcel of land which has no public road frontage for dwelling purposes and amendment of zoning district map in an Agricultural (A) District on 11.8 acres better known as 18104 Branders Bridge Road. Density of approximately .1 units per acre is proposed. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for Suburban Residential II use (2.0 to 4.0 dwellings per acre). 18AN0126: In Clover Hill Magisterial District, JoAnn Bertana requests a 2 foot variance to the required 7 foot maximum height for a fence in a side yard and amendment of zoning district map in a Residential (R-15) District on 0.4 acre known as 300 Saybrook Drive. Density will be controlled by zoning conditions or ordinance standards. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for Suburban Residential II (2.0 to 4.0 dwellings per acre).
