The Board of Zoning Appeals of Chesterfield County, on Wednesday, March 1, 2017, beginning at 1:00 p. m., in the Public Meeting Room at the Chesterfield County Administration Building, Chesterfield, Virginia, will consider the following request:  Map this (Location map in PDF format)

17AN0117*: In Bermuda Magisterial District, Jose Pietri requests a variance to use a parcel of land which fronts an unimproved but dedicated right of way for dwelling purposes and amendment of zoning district map in a Residential (R-7) District on 0.2 acre fronting the south line of Botone Avenue, 270 feet west of Jubra Drive. Density of approximately 5.0 units per acre is proposed. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for Residential 2.51 to 4.0 units/acre. Tax ID 790-677-4033. Access will be across dedicated and unimproved right of way of Botone Avenue.

17AN0121: In Bermuda Magisterial District, Steven P. Arnold requests a special exception to permit a private kennel (keeping of 11 adult dogs) and amendment of zoning district map in a Residential (R-7) District on 0.2 acre known as 14409 Traywick Drive. Density will be controlled by zoning conditions or ordinance standards. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for Suburban Residential II use (2.0 to 4.0 dwellings per acre). 17AR0122: In Dale Magisterial District, Robert J. Barden requests renewal of a special exception (Case 16AR0122) to permit a private kennel (keeping of nine (9) adult dogs) and amendment of zoning district map in a Residential (R-7) District on 0.3 acre known as 4438 Cogbill Road. Density will be controlled by zoning conditions or ordinance standards. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for Suburban Residential II use (2.0 to 4.0 dwellings per acre). Tax ID 779-685-7535.
