The Board of Zoning Appeals of Chesterfield County, on Wednesday, February 1, 2017, beginning at 1:00 p. m., in the Public Meeting Room at the Chesterfield County Administration Building, Chesterfield, Virginia, will consider the following request: Map this (Location map in PDF format)

17AN0120: In Clover Hill Magisterial District, Anthony K. and Tania M. Ricks request a 10 foot variance to the required 100 foot lot width for an existing dwelling and amendment of zoning district map in an Agricultural (A) District on 1.0 acre known as 2615 Dowd Lane. Density is 1.0 unit per acre. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for Residential use (4 units/acre or less). Tax ID 758-692-1187.

17AN0119: In Bermuda Magisterial District, Moore’s Lake, LLC appeals the decision of the Director of Planning that Proffered Condition 5.A. of Case 07SN0386 requires payment of cash proffers in excess of 312 dwelling units. The property at issue is located on 150 acres fronting in five (5) places for a total of 628 feet on the east line of Jefferson Davis Highway, 270 feet south of Perdue Springs Drive. Density will be controlled by zoning conditions or ordinance standards. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for General Commercial and Residential use (7.01 to 10 units per acre).
