18AN0119: In Dale Magisterial District, Thomas Gilsdorf Jr. requests a 2 foot variance to the 4 foot maximum height for an existing fence located the corner side yard and amendment of zoning district map in a Residential (R-7) District on 0.3 acre known as 5900 Stella Road. Density will be controlled by zoning conditions or ordinance standards. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for Medium-High Density Residential use (4.0 to 8.0 dwellings per acre). Tax ID 770-691-6697.

18AN0121: In Bermuda Magisterial District, Brock McAllister requests a variance to use a parcel of land which has no public road frontage for dwelling purposes and amendment of zoning district map in a Residential (R-7) District on 3.3 acres lying 169 feet south west off the terminus of Vance Drive, 267 feet south of Ramblewood Drive measured approximately 234 feet west of Vance Drive. Density of approximately 0.3 units per acre is proposed. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for Suburban Residential II use (2.0 to 4.0 dwellings per acre). 18AN0123: In Matoaca Magisterial District, Eric M. Miller and Mary A. Burger requests a variance to use a parcel of land which has no public road frontage for dwelling purposes and amendment of zoning district map in an Agricultural (A) District on 10.5 acres lying 1,399 feet off the south line of River Road, 2,239 feet west of Matoaca Road. Density of approximately .1 unit per acre is proposed. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for Conservation Recreation use. Tax ID 776-607-9581. Access will be across parts of 776-608-8185 and a dedicated but unimproved right of way.
