Mental Health Support Services
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services provides assistance to individuals recovering from mental illness through case management, supported living, intensive community treatment, and a “clubhouse” program.

What services are provided by Psychiatric Rehabilitative Services?
Case Management Services provides guidance in obtaining benefits and navigating the mental health care system, as well as housing information and referrals to physicians for psychiatric and medical needs.

Intensive Community Treatment Services provides counseling and vocational services, housing assistance, substance abuse treatment and other resources. Individuals are given the opportunity to develop the skills necessary to live successfully within the community, including how to manage medications and the symptoms of mental illness, perform routine daily activities, get along with others, manage finances and maintain general health and wellness.

Chester House is a psychosocial rehabilitation program for adults who have experienced serious and persistent mental illness. Members strive for meaningful ways to contribute to the community and program. Employment is a cornerstone of the Chester House program. Members who are interested in joining or returning to the workforce have several options available to them at Chester House. At the program, members and staff share the responsibility of developing an atmosphere of self-sufficiency, growth, and recovery through meaningful relationships, social opportunities and employment.

Who can use Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services?
Adults who have a major mental illness may use these services when their illness severely interferes with their ability to work, make friends or get along with others, maintain housing, perform daily living activities, or stay out of the hospital or jail.

How do I get an appointment?
