The Ettrick-Matoaca Library closed for renovation in January 2012. The improved library will reopen in 2013. An interim library facility is open on the front lawn during construction.

Library Hours

Chesterfield County Public Library's hours of operation are:

• Monday: 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.
• Tuesday: 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.
• Wednesday: 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.
• Thursday: Central library is open 1-9 p.m. (All other branches CLOSED.)
• Friday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Saturday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Sunday: CLOSED

In case of inclement weather, the Library follows Chesterfield County Government Offices schedule. Official announcements will be made over television stations WTRV-TV 6; WRIC-TV 8; and WWBT-TV 12; or over the radio station WRVA – 1140 AM. We recommend confirming that the library is open by calling your local library facility before visiting during inclement weather.
