Form
Natural dwarf pyramidal tree. Becomes conical with age.

Leaves
Needles are ¼ - ½" long, light green in color and radiating around the stem.

Stem/Buds/Bark
Slender stem is rounded. Buds have brown scales and the bark is thin, brown and flaky.

Flowers
Unisexual flowers which are pale red.

Fruit
Cylindrical cones which are green when young and become light brown with thin scales. Flexible, broad and rounded.

Landscape Uses
Excellent dwarf tree for use as a border planting or grouping. .

Dwarf tree, which is used as a novelty in the landscape.
