Reaching out to the multicultural community

Limited English Speaking Program

CERCA is a coalition of Chesterfield County public, private, faith-based and civic organizations that works to address the needs of the County’s growing population of limited English speakers.  Coordinated by Chesterfield Cooperative Extension, the mission of the Coalition is to facilitate the provision of neighborhood-based services for this population and to involve them in promoting strong families and improving the quality of life for all residents of Chesterfield County.

CERCA is formerly known as the Limited English Speaking Program
