Now you don't have to worry about missing your county tax or utility bill due dates! Sign up for our convenient Automated Payment Service and have your payment deducted from your bank on the due date or in installments. Contact our office at (804) 748-1855 and ask for information about this service. We will send all the information you need to sign up for this convenient service!

Pay Taxes Online or Over the Telephone

You can pay your County taxes by major credit or debit card over a secure Internet site or via telephone.

To pay via the Internet, have your bill in hand, visit the site www.officialpayments.com, and select "Payment Center".

To pay via telephone, 24-hour telephone charge capability is available by calling 1-800-2PAY-TAX (1-800-272-9829). Follow the instructions and enter all information as requested. Use jurisdiction code 1005 to process your payment.

The following credit and debit cards may be used to pay your taxes over the Internet or telephone system: American Express, MasterCard, VISA, and Discover.  Convenience fees apply to credit and debit card transactions based upon the transaction amount.

Pay Taxes In Our Office

When you visit our office, you can pay your County taxes with cash, check, money order, debit card or DISCOVER Credit Card. Convenience fees are charged on DISCOVER CARD transactions based upon the transaction amount.
