The Board of Zoning Appeals of Chesterfield County, on Wednesday, January 2, 2008, beginning at 1:00 p. m., in the Public Meeting Room at the Chesterfield County Administration Building, Chesterfield, Virginia, will consider the following requests:
08AN0162: In Bermuda Magisterial District, ROSINA H. RAINEY requests a seven (7) foot Variance to the forty (40) foot front yard setback requirement for an existing dwelling, a 0.4 foot Variance to the 7.5 foot side yard setback requirement for an existing accessory building (garage) and a 29.1 foot Variance to the 100 foot lot width requirement in an Agricultural (A) District and amendment of zoning district map. The density of such amendment is approximately one (1) unit per acre. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for residential use of 1.0-2.5 units per acre. This property is known as 13032 (13100) Bradley Bridge Road. Tax ID 782-648-Part of 2465.
08AN0163: In Bermuda Magisterial District, ROSINA H. RAINEY requests a 6.7 foot Variance to the forty (40) foot front yard setback requirement for an existing dwelling and a twenty-three (23) foot Variance to the 100 foot lot width requirement in an Agricultural (A) District and amendment of zoning district map. The density of such amendment is approximately 0.29 unit per acre. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for residential use of 1.0-2.5 units per acre. 08AN0166: In Dale Magisterial District, PURNELL V. SEWARD requests a two (2) foot Variance to the four (4) foot fence height limitation in the corner side yard in a Residential (R-7) District and amendment of zoning district map. The density of such amendment will be controlled by zoning conditions or Ordinance standards. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for residential use of 2.51-4.0 units per acre. This property is known as 3930 Lawnwood Drive. Tax ID 782-684-9512.
08AN0169: In Bermuda Magisterial District, ROGER BRIGGS requests a 32.7 foot Variance to the 100 foot lot width requirement and a 2.4 foot Variance to the fifteen (15) foot (left) side yard setback and a 8.6 foot Variance to the fifteen (15) foot (right) side yard setback requirement in an Agricultural (A) District and amendment of zoning district map. The density of such amendment is approximately 0.56 units per acre. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for residential use of 2.51-4.0 units per acre.
