For Families
Living Well
Families across the nation turn to the Cooperative Extension System
in their states for non-biased education to help improve their lives.
To support families in their search for proven and reliable information,
Virginia Cooperative Extension has launched a statewide newsletter, called “Living
Well.” The quarterly newsletter contains information about food
and nutrition, healthy lifestyles, home and housing issues, raising children,
family finances, balancing work and family, and food safety. Through
the newsletter, you can access knowledge on current issues that impact
the way you live. Whatever your stage of life, Virginia Cooperative Extension
has knowledge you can use. And you can rely on the fact that the information
comes from the research-based resources of Virginia’s land-grant
universities, Virginia Tech and Virginia State University.
The “Living Well” newsletter is available online through
the Web site of the Chesterfield
County office of Virginia Cooperative Extension. You may also request
to receive the newsletter by mail, free of charge, by calling (804) 751-4401.
