The purpose of this reporting site is to assist the Chesterfield County Administrator and School Superintendent and the County/School Boards in the identification of cost savings and efficiencies to assist with budget and management decisions for the County and Schools.
Our objective is to provide county/school employees and the public a means of reporting cost-saving ideas that could lead to possible areas of efficiency and cost savings to provide a better quality of services to the citizens of Chesterfield County.
